Not Picking up Subsequent Builds

I have added a second build type to Team Build and it is now being displayed in the Team Builds list on the dashboard, however, when I make changes in the source tree and check in, automaton still does not kick off the build.

- There are no filters in the subscribed events that automaton setup.
- There are POST to the automaton webservice so I know that the TFS Notification is working as excepted.

What could cause this? Is there any way for me to peek into what automaton is doing once it receives the request to figure out why it's not calling out to start the Team Build.

Also, this got me thinking, how does automaton know which build to execute? I have two different solutions within different paths of my Team Project source tree, with corresponding Team Build types (does it inspect the Team Build Type mapping xml?).

I also have noticed this, unfortunately -- and it's been happening for a long time :( (or not happening, i should say).
